Individuals will work within a team of talented colleagues and closely with leadership in an extremely collaborative environment.
100% health/dental/vision coverage and generous PTO, paid parental leave, and retirement contributions. Salaries are open book, based on years of experience (with “bumps” for leadership positions), automatically raise with each additional year, and increase with inflation.
Current base range for architects with 10+ years experience is $115K - $135K. Respect for DEIA is a must.
