Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to lead luxury commercial interior projects from inception to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of design, construction, and project management in high-end commercial spaces, such as office buildings, retail spaces, hospitality, and corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the execution of luxury commercial interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and consultants to develop and review project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including site selection, procurement, scheduling, and project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Oversee all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Manage and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring cost control measures are in place and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage project risk, including identifying potential issues and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during the course of the project, maintaining a positive working relationship with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in luxury commercial interiors or high-end construction projects.
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-budget projects and leading project teams.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and interior design for commercial spaces.
  • Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations, as well as safety standards.
  • PMP certification (preferred but not required).
